LATE ARRIVALS
– A £10 fee will be applied if you arrive more than 15 minutes late.
– Your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled.

– You can reschedule once free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment.
– A £15 fee applies for changes made within 24 hours of your appointment.
CANCELLATIONS
– Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a £25 cancellation fee.
